Megasaray Tennis Academy.
Megasaray Tennis Academy, an international tennis academy equivalent to its worldwide examples was launched within Club Megasaray in 2019. Second phase of the project, which is under development, will include a 700- bed hotel, a world-class convention center and various academies and camping opportunities for different type of sports such as Football, Swimming, Water sports and other indoor sports. MTA, with 43 tennis courts (26 Clay, 4 Hard and 13 Artificial Grass), is amongst the largest tennis centers in the region. As part of their co-operation protocol, MTA jointly with the Turkish Tennis Federation, hosts national and regional tournaments for all ages. Furthermore, the academy hosts number of ITF 15K and ITF 25K Tournaments yearly in order to attract tennis players from all around the world.
In Club Mega Saray which continues its investments in the region without slowing down, there are a total of 22 tennis courts, of which 10 are clay courts (1 is central court), 12 are artificial turf courts. In Megasaray Tennis Academy that is our new investment contributing to the country's sports tourism, there are a total of 27 tennis courts, of which 21 are clay courts (1 is central court), 4 are hard courts and 2 are padel courts. As the largest tennis center in the region with a total of 49 tennis courts, we are ready to host tennis players at all levels in our facility for 12 months. As MTA, we will host a total of 46 ITF tournaments, each with a prize of 15.000 USD besides many international and national tournaments such as Davis Cup. We will carry our tennis academy into effect soon. Besides this, our aim is to be printed on people's mind as the first address in Turkey in international tennis community in a short time.
In addition, we have been organizing Senior Tennis Championship held in our country, various tournaments in junior and senior categories for 3 years, thus we contribute to training of young athletes while contributing to the country's tourism. Due to the accommodation units that we plan to built, we will provide accommodation for approximately 600 athletes at the same time.
